Being a part of Nikki and Ryan’s wedding at the Ace Hotel and Swim Club in Palm Springs was a career highlight, which I’m aware I say all the time but this one was truly extra special. This black-tie event was one for the books, and still some of my favorite images to date. It’s no secret I freakin’ loveeee a Palm Springs wedding - I feel so happy and creative and at my best in the desert. And the Ace is an incredible wedding venue, and having everyone stay together at this epic hotel is the coolest getaway for all your guests. Nikki McKenzie is an actress (and I actually recognized her and some of the guests from my favorite show as a teenager Greek EEEE!) and the Ryan Perez-Daple is a music producer, so their “rock & roll meets Hollywood-glam” was the coolest concept for their wedding and executed perfectly. This is one of the most in-love couples I’ve ever seen and it was a true gift to be a part of - they are some of the sweetest best people ever and I miss this day already!!!!! My bestie Hannah Bee Photography flew into town to help me shoot this one and I am so grateful. :)
